Covers the most important things!
I Looked over several mood tracking journals and loved this one because it gave Journaling space for the most important things. Some of the other journals gave emphasis to areas that didnât really matter, like 1/5 of the page just for check boxes, where this one makes great use of their space! I have used it for a couple months and it has helped me be more aware of all the good in my life. Even though there are several typos, it doesnât change its effectiveness. I would buy it again!

The journal inside papers is missing everything above the faces.See pics.Daughter is deciding if she wants to return or not. I’m encouraging her toas the top area is beneficial due to recording date, sleep hours, energy level, Goal for today etc.

Funny but thereâs a major typo. Breakfast, Lunch and DENNER. On the cover too! Too hilarious! I guess some people do pronounce it that way.Seriously though itâs great.

It wasnât until I came to use this with a client that I realised that âdinnerâ is spelt, âdennedâ. As an educational tool this is a very poor item. 🙁

Cover ans Insider is misleading. The pages are black and white. Misspelling in word Dinner. Don’t buy this product.
