    Covers the most important things!
    I Looked over several mood tracking journals and loved this one because it gave Journaling space for the most important things. Some of the other journals gave emphasis to areas that didn’t really matter, like 1/5 of the page just for check boxes, where this one makes great use of their space! I have used it for a couple months and it has helped me be more aware of all the good in my life. Even though there are several typos, it doesn’t change its effectiveness. I would buy it again!

    Build a practice of Mindfulness
    My middle school daughter is working on her second of these journals. It gives her a place to reflect and record how her day went without judgement… she is mindful of her moods, blessings, and progress. A great routine to end her day.

    The journal inside papers is missing everything above the faces.See pics.Daughter is deciding if she wants to return or not. I’m encouraging her toas the top area is beneficial due to recording date, sleep hours, energy level, Goal for today etc.

    The his mood journal is well put together! I love it and I’ll order more.
    Funny but there’s a major typo. Breakfast, Lunch and DENNER. On the cover too! Too hilarious! I guess some people do pronounce it that way.Seriously though it’s great.

    It wasn’t until I came to use this with a client that I realised that ‘dinner’ is spelt, ‘denned’. As an educational tool this is a very poor item. 🙁
