    Quality Content, Quality Book
    This might get a little lengthy but I think some of these points are important. First off, I was provided an advanced copy of this book from the publisher.Regarding the quality of the book itself: For a book that is designed to be used multiple times a day for many many days, it’s a great pressing. The binding is solid, cover is beautiful and has a great texture, and the stock of the paper is fantastic. I’m not hesitant for a second to use the word “quality” or “sturdy.” I feel this is a key aspect involved in an investment of any book, let alone a journal. Kudos for that.The content itself is approachable and thought-provoking. The affirmation guidance and subsequent questions are simple enough to keep in the front of your mindgrapes daily, while setting you up for success during your daily routine. The variance on wind-down practices and meditations are fantastic. I’ve found that other routine-based exercises and meditations can begin to grow stale and repetitive. This journal is well thought out in its placement of these practices.A good suggestion to people who purchase this book and feel overly reflective would be to keep an additional journal at hand for overflow writing as some of the reflective questions might inspire a larger space than the pages allot. That’s totally not a fault in this beautiful book. It’s more than likely, as my wife reminds me often, because I talk too much.

    Useful as a tool for my mental health recovery
    As a physician on the front lines, my mental health took a huge hit during the COVID pandemic. As part of my continuing recovery process from GAD/panic disorder, it was suggested that I include a gratitude journal as part of my daily practice.I goto counseling weekly, meditate daily using the Calm app for 10-20 minutes daily and log in this journal. Sometimes I forget a day here or there but always catch up. This journal is well written and not a burden to do on a daily basis. There is a morning and evening prompt so I would suggest doing it twice daily if you can for maximal benefit. I think Noelle Whittington has written a fantastic affirmation journal and I am thankful to have taken part in it.The best complement I can give is objective improvement in my mental health as evidenced by my decrease in my DASS-21 score which measures Anxiety, depression and stress. ( see attached screenshot for 8 week progress, yay! )Still have a long ways to go but I’m still standing on my two feet. Thank you Noelle for being part of my journey back to vitality!

    Exactly what I needed…
    I absolutely hate journaling. Never have enjoyed it and always had a hard time sticking with it. What I needed were prompts to help me organize my thoughts. Noelle is extremely thoughtful with her prompts and guided meditations. You can tell this comes from decades of her own practice, teachings, trainings, and courses she’s lead to help others find their voice. I love that there is a space to add dates instead of having them prefilled. This allows for flexibility and less avenues for judgment if the journal is not filled out every day. There is plenty of space to write. I love the journal’s simplicity as well. Just overall feel very encouraged to keep writing in it!I was provided an advance copy by the publisher to read and use this journal.

    AFFIRMATIONS FROM THE HEART
    This includes A LOT of the affirmations, whether for weight loss, relationships, money, career…almost every topic listed had at least one affirmation that could apply to our lives. As a bonus, the beginning of the book teaches you how to create your own powerful affirmations so that it is personalized to you and your situation. A great book for anyone looking to manifest changes in their life by using daily affirmations.

    Phenomenal journal, you need this!
    Love this journal/journey!It’s wonderful to start and end the day with intentions and reflections. This book is helping me to regulate my very random work from home schedule, promoting a healthy work life balance. It gives me space to focus on my goals and positivity in general. I look forward to continuing to grow with Noelle’s amazing insight, and I also think this journal makes a fabulous gift! It’s so aestheticly pleasing, feels nice in your hands, and I suggest making it even more fun with your favorite colorful writing utensils – if you’re into that sort of thing. You won’t regret this purchase!

    Beautiful Journal for Personal Reflection for Yourself and to Gift to a Friend
    The Morning & Evening Affirmation Journal is the perfect way to start and end your day. I love it! The morning prompts guide me through positive and empowering affirmations that support me throughout my day. The evening reflections help me cultivate a state of gratitude that gives me a sense of peace as I prepare to sleep. I have found it really easy to use because it doesn’t have set dates. It gives me the flexibility if I miss an entry or if I want to skip around. The journal has been a wonderful addition to my self-care routine. And it makes for the ideal gift.

    Most excellent!
    My goodness I just love this journal! I have personally walked a path of self discovery and healing for the better part of 2 decades and I must say this book is for any and everyone! It is a wonderful blend of yogic breathwork, positive affirmations, and journal prompts for uncovering all that’s holding you back. Lots of space to write and get creative. Sturdy construction and beautiful imagery. Enjoy this gem and watch out for the author- I’m sure we’ll see more from her in the future.
