A Wonderful Way to Start the Day When Facing the Trials or Joys of Life
Reading this book at the beginning of the day is very helpful when facing the trials or enjoying the peace of life. The chapters are concise and cover themes such as peace, joy, gratitude, self-control, diligence, and productivity. Good devotional, focuses on God and scripture which is what I want in a devotional. Some are too based on the authorâs personal opinions or experiences with little focus on scripture so this one is perfect, the focus is where it should be. I love this devotional! I wanted something focused on gratitude. I have read five days and have felt each was written for me personally. I shared an entry with my daughter and she then wanted her own copy, so I purchased it again. Iâm sure I will buy another for my friend that I always get a devotional for at Christmastime.

Lovely Devotional
I love all the Pray.com books, but I do like having specific ones for different times of the day. The table of contents is great because I can choose what I need in the morning to get my day started. As with the other books they contain a scripture reference at the beginning and prayer at the end.
