smells great but price point is too high
I disagree with the reviews that say this doesn’t smell like lavender. It does, it specifically smells like an excellent, very fragrant, lavender essential oil, and I am pleased with the scent because it smells EXACTLY like the soap; which I LOVE. the dish soap; many times has uplifted my mood and shaken me out of depression while doing the dishes. and now i can have the scent in my bedroom. I give the candle itself 5 stars, for the high quality. but the price used to be 5$ and I paid around 9$…and the candle is about 1/4 of the size I thought it would be. its not a great value for the price point. its way too small for what you pay for. and while I kept it instead of returning it. I will not purchase again at this price point. instead, I will get bath and body or yankee when they are on sale. or perhaps this when it is on sale. but I refuse to pay too much for this. and decided it was worth a try to indulge myself. but I will know next time the ad is deceiving. when I say small it is about one inch high and 3 inches across. its tiny. especially for 8-9$. ridiculous.

Great fragrance, hidden wick
I bought this because I love the smell of the Mrs. Meyers lavender hand soap and the candle smells the same so Iâm quite happy with it. If youâre not familiar I will say that the smell is not exactly like most lavender scented thingsâitâs sweeter and a little spicy too and the aroma is quite strong. I just burn it for 20-30 minutes at a time and the scent lingers all day.Iâve seen a lot of reviews saying their candle arrived without a wick and at first I thought mine had too. Turns out the wax had just come loose in the tin, so it was out of place and hid the wick. I gave it a solid thump on a table and the wax fell back into place, which revealed the wick. So if it looks like thereâs just a hole instead of a wick and thereâs no space between the top of the tin and the surface of the wax, give that a try.I havenât enjoyed the other Mrs Meyers candles Iâve had (honeysuckle and peonyâthe honeysuckle smelled fake and the peony didnât smell like anything at all) but you canât go wrong with lavender!

This candle is so nice! I bought it for the bathroom. I really love the Meyers home air sprays so for such a good price, I thought I would give this candle a try. I am very happy, a clean candle that smells like relaxing and calming lavender. I will be purchasing one for my mother and one for my mother in law for Christmas this year. Makes a perfect gift for self and others!

Revised – Wick Issue
I opened this and it looked like there was no wick. I was pissed. However, today, unbelievably, thereâs a wick. Hereâs how. When I opened it, the wax was on the top of the can. So, it looked like the candle went up to the rim. It doesnât. itâs 1/2 way to the top. So, once the candle settled into the can, then the wick slid up. I am revising my one star review for then-perceived zero usefulness. Itâs not possible to give it five stars, because Iâm sure dozens of these have been thrown away due to this design flaw. But now it smells nice and serves its purpose.

It depends what type of candle smells you like..I need soy candles instead of regular wax candles and I found this one on amazon & looked at the price and I like lavender smell so I thought I'd go for it. I love it. the smell is much stronger compared to other candles. I must say though, that I do not smell the lavender in it. It's a clean fresh smell and I love it... but again.. not lavender smell. For the price you get a good deal

I was mainly looking for candles that wonât harm my dogs and came across these and Iâm glad I did! They smell so good! Also, not only are these great because theyâre natural and all but they do a great job at getting rid of a certain smell ð. Highly recommend these!

The 12 hour burn time is pretty accurate for this candle. It’s in a pretty small container that wasn’t damaged when it arrived.One candle on our main floor has the scent permeated throughout the house. The smell is very nice and helped keep the mood in the house cheerful and calm. Cat wasn’t bothered by the scent and seemed like it helped her relaxed. Would purchase again.
