Great for cooking, skin and hair…
So many printed articles circulate about the uses for COCONUT OIL.. All positive! From cooking, to skin and hair…. It’s quite beneficial in all these uses. However, you want to be sure that you purchase the right brand….and I’ve come to trust NATURE’S WAY Liquid coconut oil to meet all of my needs listed. It doesn’t over power the taste in cooking my favorite dishes, and it is easily absorbed into my skin and hair…just remember that a little goes a long way….I’ve purchased a large bottle and have devided it into 3 bottles, one for cooking, one for hair, one for skin …

What is not to like.? I find the non liquid version too …
Weight loss, younger skin, fewer germs, What is not to like.?I find the non liquid version too hard to use unless I am making body butter. I find it works well for weight loss. I get compliments on my skin all the time and my hair. I am an older woman so using this product has made my skin look a lot younger. It removes small wrinkles, brown spots, it is an antibacterial. It stops itching from dry skin which I have because of working out at the gym and in the pool all the time. But I go in the steam room with it on my face and hair and it works well as a Moisturizer and conditioner A coconut-oil scalp massage can help treat dandruff.. It makes your hair strong and beautiful. I cook with it. I take a cholesterol-lowering medicine that makes me sick to my stomach if I eat most fats but this does not do that.I use it for a Deodorant I think the less chemicals I use the better as I am bombarded on all sides by chemicals. I put it on my cat for dry skin. She loves to lick it off and it has helped with weight loss for her. The studies are quite confusing but for me this has been a wonderful product. I would like if it was organic. I understand it is a non GMSO product. I may be wrong on this but I am hoping it is.

Terrific product
Great product! I use it for oil-pulling, keep my brain in function and cooking. Love the flavor and results. I initially found it with the amazon scan app, however when I went to purchase, the price was different than what showed on the app.In any case, product is great and a good price.

Love!!!
I bought this because my mother has dementia. My father gives it to her and hasn’t been able to appropriately tell me how it’s working or if it is for her dementia BUT I drank some to show her it wasn’t nasty and the next day I woke up with the softest skin I’ve ever had in my life. I have decucted from everything else it had to be the coconut oil. I use it now and I can’t believe how soft my skin is. I am very lazy at using lotion. ð£ Also, I would say that it probably does help with weight loss as I am ummm… Regular – I haven’t lost weight but I don’t need to either and I eat all the time so I cannot attest to that but I would attest to the fact that it does good for digestion. Also, I have used it in my hair. If you are a woman you know how important PH balance is for ummmm you know down there and I have no complaints there. I have also had no infections of any sort. I am almost finished with one bottle and I drink a squirt from the bottle everyday.

Works well as a face wash
Coconut oil is the new craze, so I got in on the action. I bought this coconut oil to use as a beauty product, rather than food product, so my review is based on that. I bought this particular coconut oil because I read on a blog that it’s good for people who get comedogenic acne, plus it doesn’t smell as strongly as coconut. So far I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks to wash my face in the morning, and I haven’t had any adverse reactions. I put one squirt in my palm, warm it up, then massage onto my face. I then put a warm towel over my face to open up my pores/remove the oil, rinsing the towel and repeating a few times. I think my skin looks less dry since I’ve been using it. I also put it on my body as a lotion a few times, but it felt a little itchy by the end of the day, so I think I’ll limit it’s use for that. Another thing I didn’t realize when I purchased this oil is that it’s not organic, so I’m not sure I’ll buy it again in the future, but I’ll continue to happily use this bottle until it’s gone.

Excellent Product
This is a fantastic product. I use if for BPC (bullet proof coffee), I cook with it and moisturize everything with it. I use it on a warm wash cloth to remove makeup. It is always liquid and regular coconut oil gets hard about 78 degrees so this is great stuff. It has a light coconut aroma, but it doesn’t taste strongly of coconut. It is my fountain of youth in a bottle.

i reordered a number of times. I use it to dilute essential oils for internal consumption and it is great for the purpose.

Wish this was available in the UK – perfect for healthier frying, or in protein shakes, without the aggro of solid coconut oil
