Smooth, creamy, good smell.
Just starting with this for my MS spasticity in the night. Or in the evening, if Iâm warm, tired⦠Similar to, but different from, restless leg. Sort of like with my homeopathic pills, itâs just comforting to have something there, that I can reach for, in the night when needed, and to use before bed, smelling the gentle lavender, hoping for the best. Itâs even worth it to me just to have for the psychological/ calming benefits.

I use magnesium on the bottom of my feet each night for sleep and itâs many other benefits. Was using the spray and it was drying my skin out really bad. I found this cream with oils and find it much easier on my skin. Still has the amazing benefits that I am used to. I highly recommend this cream.

This magnesium cream appears to have more magnesium than others that Iâve tried. At least when youâre looking at the list of ingredients, magnesium as the first ingredient. Some others Iâve used magnesium, but it was the last ingredient, which usually means the least. I would highly recommend this magnesium cream.

This works immediately!!! I tried this cream for the first time a few months ago. I have night cramps in my legs. Some nights are very unbearable. I was online ordering magnesium supplements and saw the cream. I decided to order both the supplements and the cream. Great decision. The cream is awesome.
