I was very pleased with this purchase! The jars were larger than expected and the reeds are perfectly sized. The caps screw on smoothly and add a nice touch to the overall appearance of the jars. The glass is sturdy and since they are clear, they work well with almost any decor. I am almost certain to purchase another set and can highly recommend these!

Great bottles but horribly packaged by manufacturer – Some bottles WILL arrive shattered
I do not understand how the manufacturer allows themselves to pack glass bottles with just a very flimsy and thing sheet of plastic that evidently will not prevent bottles from shattering in transit. It is a shame and frustrating. The bottles (the ones that survive) will look great, and seemingly good quality (thick glass, well defined features) but all tyhe good that I can say about them disappears when so many bottles arrive shattered. WHY?

These are cute but they come broken.
These are really cute diffusers but they were wrapped very skimpily. Each time I lost 2, because for some reason, they wrap the bottles touching each other. How sad! Because I could have made $10 off each one. I ordered once and sent them back because I got 2 broken glasses. Then I got replacement order which also had 2 broken glasses. I wanted them all in tact, but Amazon forced me to either send them back for a refund or keep them, with 2 broken glasses. I reluctantly kept them, because they are super cute and I really like them. Sad that I couldnât get all the glasses that I ordered. If you buy these, they come from overseas in what is equivalent to a cereal box thick box, with very little to no padding between each glass. I still think these are the best deal on Amazon, as far as full sized diffusers. They blow all the other dull designs out of the water. Design of these diffusers 4-5 stars. Shipping? 1 star.
