most user friendly design
I brough the 1st units last year when it was on special at a health food store, most easy to use and refill the water resovor.order another units from AMZ it came deffective, there are no mist coming out.request an exchange on Monday the exchange unit come in a week after, great job AMZ.will definately recommend.

Good product with ugly logo
This is a good product and seems to work well. I wish it put out a bit more of the scent but will experiment with the amount of oil I use. The diffuser has an attractive design and blends in well with our rustic room – BUT WHY did they find it necessary to put the NOW logo right on the front in huge white letters on the black background? It totally ruins the appearance. I was able to put mine inside a candle holder I already had, which camouflaged it a bit, but stillâ¦they should have labeled it on the bottom. For the record I have a lot of NOW products and like them, just donât feel the need to advertise their name in my living room.

Too noisy and controls malfunctioning after 1 day
Thereâs a constant high-pitched buzzing sound when itâs running. The control is supposed to be tapped four times: to turn on with solid light, tap again for different colors, tap again for no light, and fourth time to turn off. This broke after one day. Now taps off after 3 times, no option for varying light colors.

I love the lights, the tree effect and the color changes. Unfortunately it isnât really putting out any scent. Feels like I am wasting all the $ spent on essential oils. Tried adjusting oil volume with no success. Cheaper brand I bought works far superior as far as scent output.
