The Wave chrome towel warmer has an integrated programmable timer. The timer allows several drying option of 1 hour to 8 hours. It also allows the surface temperature of the towel warmer to be change at will. The minimal temperature is of 30 °C and goes to a maximal of 60 °C (86 to 140 °F). It allows towels to be dried and will allow you to use your towel for a longer period, all with low energy consumption.
With its 10 bars, it is an elegant and compact model. It has a power of 145 watts, a voltage of 120 volts, a frequency of 60 hz and a weight of 4.5 Kg.
PRO TIP: Make sure with a multimeter that the voltage of your electrical outlet or electrical box is 120 Volts. We recommend that our towel warmers be installed by an electrician.
Two installation modes
The towel warmer offers two installation modes: HARDWIRED & PLUG-IN. Both installation kits are included with the purchase of the towel warmer and a complete and simple installation guide is provided. The PLUG-IN installation allows you to plug the electrical plug directly into the electrical outlet.
Integrated timer with LED indicators
The towel warmer has a built-in timer of 1 to 8 hours with LED indicator. Thanks to a heating wire technology in tungstene, the surface temperature of this electric towel dryer is 30 °C to a maximum of 60 °C (113 to 131 °F) and programmable in sequence of 5 °C. It is noise free and will not rust.
Safe installation

Nice towel warmer
Important – this is a towel warmer not a room heater. For it to work properly it must be covered (smothered) in towels (insulated) otherwise it may not heat up properly (this goes for all towel warmers). This towel warmer works well – we have 4 towels hanging on it with the top one draped over and hanging down, and the towels are nice and hot when you get out of the shower in the morning. Haven’t really tried the timer (actually wish it was available without the timer but instead with a proper ON/OFF switch to allow an external timer to turn it on in the early morning hours in the summer).Installation is ok. The 4 mounting legs/arms should be factory installed and aligned for 2 reasons. First there is some leeway in their positioning (they install onto a curved surface) and getting all 4 to sit flat against a wall is a bit tricky . The second reason is that when the thing stops working and you buy a replacement it is almost impossible to match the 8 screws holes to the previous ones making for a not so clean second installation.This is my second unit. The first one operated for 6 months before it wouldn’t stay on – I press the On button and the unit would turn off after 5 seconds. So I have replaced it with a new one. If this one fails it will be the last Odass model I will purchase. I have a Warmrails model in my other bathroom and it has operated for over 10 years. I bought this one because I liked the look of it (in black) and because the unit was curved providing more space between the towel rails and the wall (think folded towels and the depth they require when draped over a rail). All in all I like the unit and hope this one doesn’t stop working.[Edit] Adding to this a year later. The replacement that I purchased has also failed – it lasted just over a year. That’s 2 of these that have failed after around a year so I am changing my rating to 1 star.

Nicely designed and fairly easy to install. Dries wet towels well. I had hoped it would make towels and robes more warm and comfy but you really have to work at getting your items positioned onto it for maximum surface contact. All towel warmers looked to be designed similarly so I donât think that is an exclusive issue with this product. Looks nice on the wall and the integrated switch is great

Needs more heat!
In a word, disappointing! The installation was not “easy” as the verbiage reads. There are no templates for placing the anchors, so be prepared to use a measuring tape and a level among other tools along with some basic math skills. The power cord was sufficient to reach an outlet. Installation takes about 30 minutes.Now, let’s discuss the real disappointment, temperature. The heat is uneven with the top of the rack being significantly warmer than the bottom. Given I can rest my hand on the bottom of the rack while the heat has been on for 30 minutes, I sincerely doubt the temperature rises to the lower 113 degrees. Suffice it to say that if your expectation is a hot towel, this is not likely the rack you want.Update Feb: We were robbed! We don’t even turn it on anymore. Spend your hard earned money on a better product.

This is a nice looking towel bar. It works as it should and is nicely finished.I have two minor quibbles: the first is that the actual towel bars are quite small in diameter, so the actual area on which a towel rests on the rack is small; the towels tend to fall off quite easily as a result. I have a different brand towel bar in another room and its larger diameter rails prevent this from happening.The second is that we found the unit was not 100% square – the corners should be exactly 90 degrees and they were found to be out of true by a very small amount. This is noticeable only when you are trying to hang the unit perfectly level, and find that one side is exactly right and the other is a little bit off. By “little bit” I mean maybe 1/16 of an inch or even less. Not enough to notice just looking at it, but the spirit level doesn’t lie.Hard wiring the unit into a wall outlet presented a bit of a challenge; you definitely need two people to install this properly.Additionally, I would like the ability to program the unit to come on at a specified time, which you cannot do in advance.After saying all this, I am pleased with the purchase, at its price point it is perfectly fine.

I just installed this towel heater rack in my new bathroom. I pre- wired an electrical outlet box the height I wanted the bottom bracket of the heater to be and reinforced the wall to screw in the remaining brackets into solid wood. The heater has a small touch panel to turn it on and off and also choose temperature settings from 30-60F and timers from 1h -8h and also permanently on.

We really wanted to like it. We did, initially, because it looks well-built and the touch interface is nice. It doesn’t look cheap and looks good in the newly renovated bathroom. But after just one month it started glitching. It froze on us twice: the touch button is lit but is unresponsive. It’s impossible to turn on. As it’s installed permanently with an in-wall electrical connection, it can’t be just unplugged and plugged back. I had to throw the circuit breaker in the basement off and on again, to “reboot” it. After that, it worked for another several weeks, but then it turned itself on at some point, when we were away for a weekend and wasted our electricity for an unknown time (days?). I turned it off, but a few days after that it froze and became unresponsive again. The LED is lit, so it has power, it just doesn’t respond. Obviously, it’s too late to return it, and it can’t be replaced with another unit without leaving ugly holes in the wall. OK, I thought, it’s just a defective unit, it happens. Odass has a Canadian website with an office in Quebec, so I expected support. I contacted them via the support contact form on their website, but after 48 hours I received no reply and no communications. I will try to call them after the weekend, but it doesn’t look good. I should not be chasing them to replace a defective product under warranty.I will happily update this review, if Odass will replace the unit and it will be working well. It has all the potential to be a good towel warmer. But it’s not cheap and it’s permanently installed, so I expect it to work well, and have a responsive customer service, and so far that’s not the case.

I would highly recommend this brand. Do NOT order Sharpeye Towel Warmer. I ordered one on the 25th of October through Prime and still have not received the product or refund. Thank goodness the Odass one was received. Customer service at Amazon has not been the most helpful with this issue either. All is good if everything goes smoothly but not very good for issues. I have called several times and keep being told to give more time. Read reviews and I hope nobody has to go through what I have.
