Awesome candles!!
Ok, so these were an impulse buy. I always get citronella candles bc I like to sit outside and lately there are more mosquitos than normal. So I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and last night I forgot to light it. And lo and behold I see mosquitos. I completely forgot about them bc the candle was working so well!! You need to get these asap. I’ve never had citronella candles work like this before and they smell a bit different. So maybe it’s a different blend. They also burn very nice. Anyway they are fabulous!!!

Good product! Bad tin receptacle. The soft breeze blew it out every time.
Nice citronella scent. Wax is good you can tell. However this was marketed for outdoor use, and the lip on the tin of this candle is not tall enough to prevent the slightest of breezes to extinguish the flames. Sort of pointless if it will not stay ignited.I used it indoors and the scent is too much for closed spaces. I think if this had been made with outdoors in mind, and a much higher lip that it could withstand a breeze it would be effective. Indoors it was potent, would probably do well if it stayed lit outdoors.

What a pleasant experience
It was so relaxing sitting on or patio with these candles going. The scent was so pleasing, much better than others that are way too heavy on the citronella. And wonderful bang for my buck too!!

I really wanted to like this pair of Citronella candles, and bought them to use on my porch and keep mosquitoes away. Well l got them out and lit them, and they smell like a gardenia smell, NOT Citronella, so they attracted more bugs than they kept away! Do not buy these if you plan on using them as insect repellent.

J’ai choisi ce coffret très spécifiquement pour sa fragrance unique de citronnelle et sa jolie conception dans de petits boitiers photophores metalliques.D’une part la citronnelle est l’une de mes fragrances favorites et d’autre part c’est parfumé et sain et efficace contre les moustiques qui commencent déjà à revenir chez moi en ce début des chaleurs d’été de Juin.Chaque petite bougie (il y en a 9) a son petit photophore metallique décoré (equipé chacun avec un couvercle), ce qui permet de les disséminer partout dans ma chambre très discrètement.En plus de leur fragrance vraiment présente, la lumière de chaque filament est douce et agréable en soirée pour se détendre.Je les allume en général 1h chaque soir, soit juste par plaisir dans mon salon, ou dans ma chambre pour écarter d’éventuels insectes avant de me mettre au lit et éteindre les lumières.
