This Tantraveda pulling oil seems to release a lot of stuff from your teeth. I’m new to this and could not find any long history of effectiveness except statements it goes back a long time. The ingredients of this brand seem too of the line and the taste is very pleasant. I probably will not do this every single day but rather a few times a week primarily because I can’t find science info on it
