More lotion than soap
I have used a couple different almond shower oils as a replacement for body wash. I do NOT understand all the chemistry, but apparently some oils (like sweet almond) can turn into lather when mixed with water. That has been the case with the other shower oils Iâve used.This productâs description suggests that it also works as a body wash. However, it is much more of a lotion: it does not lather, and it does not wash off.The negative is that I cannot use it as a soap replacement in the shower. On the plus side, it does moisturize very nicely, and still facilitates shaving.So, not exactly as advertised, but makes the skin feel good.

Overall a Great Shower Oil
This is honestly a great product. It has such good ingredients, is very hydrating, and smells amazing. I hate putting lotion on and feeling sticky so this has been such a good substitute.The only negative that I would add is the type of bottle it is in/ the dispenser. The type of dispenser is one that you need to hold and tilt. It gets slippery and can be difficult to do, especially since the bottle is glass(which is a huge plus). Considering this is a shower oil, where you will obviously be wet, a longer pump where you can keep the bottle on the shelf, rather than a sprayer you have to hold and tilt would make this a lot easier.Overall, I love it and will definitely be repurchasing.
