    Amazing Journal for all medical/ wellness information.
    I wasn’t sure what to expect here with no reviews or pictures of the contents of the journal. I was pleasantly surprised by this wellness journal. It covers all of the necessary information that a doctor might ask for or the billing department might need. I have already started filling mine out and have plans to continue to help me stay aware of my personal wellness.

    For women…??
    It’s not a bad health journal. It doesn’t have anywhere to log urinary health stuff though, which was a little disappointing to me. My main issue with it is it’s claim that it’s “for women.” Aside from the flowers on the cover, uh, no. The human body it includes for you to circle pain spots on is clearly male. It’s not graphic, but it’s obviously a man. And there is also no place to log period symptoms, which is a big big deal! My two main health issues are not given a clear place to document in this journal. There’s room enough to write things like that, but the rest of it is so well organized that I wished they were there. It works really well if you’re trying to change your diet, track your weight, or find your trigger foods. Or track your exercise. But if you have other goals or issues, you might have better luck making your own symptom tracker chart/journal thing.

    Great for general health and daily tracking. I was looking for more of a health guide for future memory lapses, but this will work well enough. I have a few very frustrating health conditions that need specific care. I unfortunately had a temporary (few years) of memory loss, which aggravated my symptoms to the point of several emergency room visits over those years. I needed a book to store information on my care for future reference in case this should happen again. This doesn’t quite fit what I was looking for, but I can use most of it and just adjust some of the other pages for my specific purposes. This really is a great book for daily tracking for symptoms of your choosing. If you need anything tracked daily. It has water, exercise, food, sleep, etc. plus room for allergies, mood, pain, anything. The expense section must be for other countries? I will use it for my allergies list. Very worth the price. Thank you.

    Great journal for recording your personal daily health information. The planner if using daily would have 2 months worth of daily tracking and additional appointment pages, note pages and bills/expense pages through out. Check the pictures for the information each type of page has space for
