Nice finis, quality craftsmanship. i just don’t like the width of the pivot arm as the TP slides back and forth making it appear sloppy. I have other pivot arms and they are not as wide.

Dark gold hue
I bought this toilet paper holder to match my Pfister brushed gold faucet. This item is much darker in tone than my faucet. It is more of an antique gold. Installation was difficult and removal of toilet paper rolls was also difficult. Itâs is a good, solid quality product, but I returned this for a toilet paper holder that was brighter in tone.

Long Towel Bar – Lack of Quality Control and Poor Design
I bought two sets and both long towel bars have the same issue. The screws when tightened fall through (too short?) and therefore the towel bar won’t close together tightly. I want a solution and to suggest Pfister product FAULT be designed out in the future. The towel bar does not function as intended.
