Spa-like Luxury in my Master Bath!
What a treat to emerge from the shower to a thick, soft, super-absorbent HOT towel! This rack has elevated bathing to spa-like decadence. The rack is large enough to accommodate more than one towel. I turn the heater on when I first wake up, and my towel is toasty by the end of my shower. Then back on the rack it goes, drying much more quickly than on a conventional rod.Because my bathroom walls are tiled, mounting the heated rack was slightly complicated, but after a bit of YouTube research, I had no trouble. A nearby socket meant no electrical rewiring was required. Touch controls are easy to operate, with the option of shutting off the heater after between 1â8 hours, and setting a temperature between 115â155 degrees.I am extremely pleased with this product, and very happy to recommend it for your own use.

Decent, but with a couple of flaws

It has an adjustable timer ranging between 1 hour and 8 hours3. It is large and tall, so it allows for even the full-size bath towelsCons:1. The control-unit is riveted, so when it fails the entire unit will have to be junked. Other units are fixed with screws.2. It is large and tall, so you cannot mount it closer to your shower area, which means you have to get out of the shower, wet, to go to where this is mounted, to get your towel.3. It has an unnecessary child-safety ‘feature’, where you have to hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on. Why? The height at which the control unit is located, makes it impossible for any child except really tall children to reach. If it is mounted so a 5′ 7″ person can reach the top rung with a little stretch, then the control unit is just around 5 feet off the floor – quite out of reach of young children.4. The controls are soft-touch rather than mechanical.5. You have to cycle through the settings each time6. If anyone changes the settings, it is not easy to notice

warm it up some time before you need to use it
this towel warmer is a luxurious addition to my bathroom. the 10-bar design holds multiple towels, and they warm up evenly. i like that it has a timer, so i donât have to worry about forgetting to turn it off. the stainless steel looks sleek, and itâs easy to clean. installation was straightforward with clear instructions. the only downside is that it takes about 15-20 minutes to heat up fully, so you have to plan ahead. itâs been great for cold mornings and feels like a small indulgence every time i use it.

Simple, Quick, Easy Install
This POPFLY Heated Towel Rack is very good quality and simple to install. From opening the box to finishing the install took me about 45 minutes. POPFLY included all needed hardware (including extras) and an Allen driver for the needed set screws. The tools I had to provide were a cross-point screwdriver, a hammer to knock the plastic anchors into the wall, and a level.I removed our existing towel rack and put the heated towel rack in its place. Unfortunately for the install the heated rack was a bit wider and so I will need to fill a couple of holes from the old rack and apply a lick of paint but on the other hand, it is a good thing since we can now fit two towels onto the heated rack. We had a close outlet on the wall so I just wrapped the extra rackâs power cord around one of the standoff posts that does not heat up.The rack comes ready to go. You just screw the four standoff posts onto the rack, screw the four mounts into the wall, and then hang the rack on the mounts using the four set screws. Plug it in and turn it on. Installing a new TV can be more complicated.The rack is well made and the brushed stainless steel has a nice look and finish. Everything is tight, straight, and I could not find a single sharp edge. The control is minimalistic which keeps the clean look. Only two touch sensor buttons; one for on/off/timer and one for temp. The display switches between time and temp so you know what you set. It is really nice the previous setting is remembered for the next time you turn on the rack. The timer can go from 1 hour up to 8 hours. I canât see warming towels for 8 hours so I guess you can also use the rack to dry damp towels or take the chill out of a small bathroom since the rack only uses 60 watts.I have no complaints. This was a simple, quick, and easy install for something that looks good and makes life a little better. My wife loves her warm towels.

Too big? Not really!
At first I thought this was going to be far too large for our bathroom. After installation, I found that it was no wider than the basic, single towel rack that it replaced. The best bit is that it holds and warms more than 1 or 2 towels at a time. Since we just became the guardians of our two teenage neices after the death of their parents, this has become a needed feature! Plus, we get a nice warm towel after a bath or shower and that’s very nice, indeed! A direct wire option would have been preferred though. Still, we have no complaints.

Touch Control Way Too Touchy and Glitchy
Towel warmer works great, dries towels very well. Pretty easy to install. Getting the temp and time set and turning it on and off is a pain. The touch control needs improvement.

The product itself is fine, looks great when mounted. The issue is I donât find it warms up my towels at all. The bars get hot but my towel does not regardless of how long I put it to heat up. Not sure if I got a defective product or if thereâs something Iâm doing wrong but itâs kind of a disappointment. If youâre looking for a towel rack itâs great! If youâre looking for a towel warmer I canât say Iâd recommendâ¦

I would consider a bathroom towel warmer to be a very luxurious item to have in your home. This is a heated towel rack that you can activate when you get into the shower so that you will have nice warm towels when you are done.The exterior has a brushed finish that is coated to prevent fingerprints so that it looks clean and it is waterproof to protect it from the effects of any excess water. There is enough room to hang multiple towels at the same time on this rack which makes it suitable for use by a family.The rack gets mounted to your wall and you will want to do so near an outlet in order to be able to plug it in and provide power to the heating elements. You are able to adjust the temperature setting using the button found on the front as well as set a shutoff timer to conserve energy.The nice thing about this product is that it works quickly and effectively. Even if you are not often using the heated feature, the towel rack itself is a quality product and looks great in the bathroom.
