Needs work
I decided to try this item as using wet wipes from a package still feel a bit cold to the touch which is not pleasant especially during winter time. It is a great idea but needs work. I only had it for 1 1/2 weeks before it just stopped working. In the instruction booklet it says after adding the water to add salt. I messaged them adking as to why & here’s their exact answer “Adding edible salt can generate an electrolysis reaction, allowing the produced towels to have a certain degree of disinfection and sterilization effect.” Edible salt does not offer a disinfecting or sterilization effect per my research so wiping with salt water is not sanitary in my opinion.The container is rather samll as after it dispenses water to the compressed towel, you get a total use of a warm wet wipe only 2 times before you have to refill it with more water which is not very practical when it’s used frequently. Also after it’s been fully charged for at least an hour as instructed in the booklet, it did not last long (about 30 mins) before needing to be recharged for it to even work much less having warm water for the compressed towel. Due to everything, the price is asking too much in my opinion even it it was still working. Overall in a great concept for compressed towels but needs much work.
