I just purchased my second bottle.
I tried this thinking I would gag but its not what I thought it would be. Its not thick and the taste is pleasant. I have had some really good results with it as weill. I highly recommend this brand.

The taste
It’s ok but I liked the one I bought before from another brand better. The taste is not that great. If you want a cinnamon taste it needs to be more of it. Not so little that it taste like coconut oil. I can do that with straight coconut oil from the store cheaper. Plus the instructions need to address beginner users. They don’t. The measuring cup has no measurements on it. That needs to be fixed. Too much can cause issues unexpectedly. And waste the product.
