exceptionally well-designed, I lovelovelove using this to reflect daily
This is a fantastic journal overall. The outer cover is thick, firm and durable, with a leather sort of feel. Iâm not worried about tossing it into my messenger bag. It can handle getting knocked around. There are two built-in ribbons to mark your pages, which makes it so much easier to find what day/page I’m on. The pages are undated, so you can use it whenever you want without feeling pressured to write every day. For me, knowing I can journal when I feel like it makes me want to use it more. If something feels like a chore, I lose interest fast, so this is perfect. Two areas for improvement:Paper Quality: The paper is pretty thin. It works fine with ballpoint pens or pencils, but anything heavier shows through the paper on the other side. The texture is soft but a bit porous. I wish the paper was a bit thicker. I like to use colored marker pens for different sections when I write in something like this, but they show through the other side of the paper.Ink Consistency: The ink in the printed parts varies from page to page in darkness. Some parts look faint, like the ink was running out during production, while others are bold. Itâs a small thing, but the lighter sections are a little hard to read and donât stand out as much when I write in them with pen or pencil.Layout:The journal starts with two pages for annual goals and a vision board. At the back, there are about ten blank pages for notes. The rest of the journal has a two-page layout for each day:Page 1 (left):What am I grateful for?AffirmationsGoalsPersonal GrowthToday’s Good DeedToday’s Biggest WinGame Plan for TomorrowEach section has enough space for a short sentence or two. Itâs simple and un-intimidating, which makes it great for quick reflections and encourages me to use it.Page 2 (right):A mostly blank page titled “What’s on your mind?”A motivational or historical quote at the bottom, with a different quote for each day, which is a nice touch.A Note on the Packaging:The box says “MEN’S JOURNAL” in big letters, but thereâs nothing gendered about this. Itâs great for anyone who wants to reflect daily.Overall, this is a well-designed journal thatâs easy to use and designed in a way that feels very low-pressure and easy. I highly recommend it!

Nice journal gift for young man starting to get life together
This journal is well presented in a slip case and protected with a sealed plastic wrap. The cover feels nice and smooth, there are 2 ribbon bookmakers and an elasticized piece to hold your place too thats attached to the back of the book. Its not fancy nor showy but its good-looking enough that it looks impressive to have even out in public if you care about that. What I like most about this book is it gives good inspiration for how to go about starting journaling or getting back into journaling by having a space for each day (3 months only I believe) to note things you’re grateful for, a place for writing an affirmation, then where you write your most important few goals to make sure you accomplish, and note what you did that you consider a “win”, also included is space for reflection on how you think you can improve and if you did what you consider a good deed. You can write your game plan for the next day too. Most of the pages are like that and you simply jot thoughts there. In the beginning of the book is where you can record your annual goals with what you see as your steps to succeed them and how and why you want this. Full vision board pages and then for every day you also get a page where you can record any other random thoughts you may want to write down – just what’s on your mind. The writing is simple and easy to understand and not daunting at all.

Better man journal
Excellent menâs journal for keeping track of thankfulness, goals, and manifestations. Highly organized and prompted to help keep it engaging and simple. A wonderful means of self care for men. High quality journal! Sized to easily fit in oneâs laptop bag, carry on, or nightstand/desk drawer. This journal with a sleek, smooth writing pen would make an amazing gift for the man in your life.

The journal is neat but the binding is terrible!
Content wise itâs relative, however, quality is lacking in that the binding presents an issue as it wonât stay open and itâs too tight and as you open it to write in it the binding and backing rips from the cover and tears. Which in turn presents it difficult to write within without the book bouncing because of the poor binding. Just a little more attention to detail in quality for actual usage would make it exponentially nicer and a better value for the cost of purchase.

A Subtle Shift in Perspective
I started using this journal a few weeks ago, and itâs been a grounding experience. The way itâs structured into sections helps me focus on what truly matters, like managing stress and angerâsomething Iâve been working on. For instance, the daily gratitude prompts nudged me to appreciate small wins, like staying calm during a frustrating situation at work. While the progress isnât lightning-fast, I can genuinely feel a positive shift. Itâs not just a journal; itâs a gentle push toward a better mindset.

great journal for sorting out your thoughts before bed
I got this as a gift for a new dad who is feeling overwhelmed. Journalling each night is a great way to organize one’s thoughts and be able to remind yourself that you got important things done each day, even if they’re not exactly what you had planned. this journal is direct, with clear, easy prompts to follow, and isn’t overly deep or “woo” – great for someone who is maybe new to journalling and wants structure.

Makes a nice gift
Gave this to my husband for a gift and the ease of use is great . I have given him journals before in the past, but I really like the layout of this one. It made it very easy for him to be prompted to write every single day and heâs actually been using it every day since Iâve given it to him. Every page is really simple. It is very well-made. The paper is a standard thick thickness. He used a ball pen to write in it so nothing bled through. Itâs small so he can carry it around. He can carry it to work if he wants to write in it on his break. He loved it .
