Very versatile oil
At room temperature, coconut oil is a white solid fat. Fractionated coconut oil has been processed to remove some of its fatty acids so that it is a liquid at room temperature. Since some of the fatty acids are removed, it is less greasy and lighter in weight than regular coconut oil. Mayjam fractionated coconut oil is pure and natural, with no chemicals, artificial colors, or preservatives, and it comes in a large 16 ounce bottle with a long shelf life.There are so many things this oil can be used for! My favorite use is as a carrier oil to make my own reed diffuser oils. Since the coconut oil has no scent of its own, it doesn’t interfere with the essential oil’s own fragrance. Mayjam also produces many fragranced essential oils that can be used with the fractionated coconut oil to make reed diffusers or massage oils. If you’re interested in this product as a carrier oil, then check out the company’s essential oils as well. Other good uses for this product are as a lightweight, non-comedogenic moisturizer for skin, as a conditioner for your hair, and as a gentle makeup remover.The only problem I have found with this specific bottle of Mayjam’s fractionated coconut oil is the seal. There is a plastic inner insert in the lip of the bottle to seal the contents, and then a customary press-down/flip-up pouring cap found in many hair care products. Unfortunately, the inner seal wasn’t as tight as it should have been, and as a result, a bit of the oil seeped out into the dispenser cap and onto the outer carton. Because of this, I either have to be certain to keep this bottle in an upright position with no chance of falling on its side, or I’ll have to rig a completely leak-proof inner seal. Other than that (which could have been a problem with just this particular bottle), I give both thumbs up for this very versatile oil. I notice there’s now a coupon on the product page which makes this an excellent deal as well.

Absorbs Well
Reviewing any type of personal use/care item is always very subjective. Many times, it can take weeks or months for any benefit or side effects to be noticed. This is my wifeâs review of the Jojoba oil.I like the fact that this is cold pressed and not extracted via chemicals. It applies to the skin easily and absorbs well, leaving my skin moisturized. I will also use it in my hair as a conditioning treatment.The product has an internal plastic plug to seal the bottle. However, the contents still leaked into the box. The oil also has a smell that eventually dissipates.MY PERSONAL COMMENTS:I am an approved Amazon Vine Member. We are provided the opportunity to order (free of charge) many items that are new to the market, or where a seller just wants some additional exposure for their product. We are NOT required to review every item in exchange for using it. I personally only order products that are important to me (and/or my wife), items I can use or items that I have the ability to properly test (I have lots of test equipment). So, from that use/testing I can provide an honest evaluation & review (and not always a 4 or 5 star) based upon my use and testing of the product. Good Carrier Oil
This is a large bottle of oil, which is really handy to have. I do like that it was fairly well-sealed, which is important to me. The consistency and scent is exactly as I expected from jojoba oil based on others that I’ve used in the past.I’ve used this to help condition my hair as it has dried out a lot this winter. I have extremely dry skin, and I like to massage a few drops in the drier areas, which does help a lot. Also, I suffer from migraines regularly. Because of that I like to use jojoba as a carrier mixed with a combination of essential oils which will then be applied to my temples and other areas for relief.Overall, this is a good jojoba oil. The price is decent considering the amount. I would like it better if it was cruelty-free.

Love this oil!
I ordered this coconut oil to moisturize my hair but it is great for moisturizing my skin too. It does not have a strong odor like some oils do. In fact, the fragrance is very mild and hardly even noticeable, which I like. I can tolerate coconut smells so I imagined this oil would be ideal for me to use. This coconut oil makes my hair shiny and my skin soft. I definitely will buy this again. It’s a really large bottle so it should last a long time.

Jojoba oil
The bottle and packaging is nice, which gives it the feel of a good quality product. I like the internal plug for shipping purposes. It does feel nice and seems quality. I use jojoba oil all over my body after showers because it’s very moisturizing. I also use it as a carrier oil for essential oils, face and body creams. I try to always use cold pressed and organic. My one issue with this product is I can’t confirm it’s either of those things, as it’s made in China. I didn’t notice that when I got it. For these types of oils, I try to use U.S.A brand that I can confirm are in fact cold pressed and organic through known reputable brands. I’m not going to knock it down more stars because it may actually be what it says

Oil for body care
This is a great oil for all over body care. I have found that anymore my skin does better with oil instead of lotion and this product is a win. My skin is very dry and I have to moisturize frequently throughout the day. You get a 16 ounce bottle, which is a great deal. Because you get such a large bottle, I was able to also pour some into a smaller size bottle to keep in my purse and one to throw in my overnight bag for traveling. You can use it literally anywhere. I like to rub it into my legs, feet, and hands before bed to give it plenty of time to do its work. The oil is not heavy and absorbs quickly. You can use it as is, or as a âcarrierâ oil to add essential oils to it as well. Used alone it has no scent. Very nice multi purpose oil and a very good value.
