I’m not a fan of covering icky smells with nice smells. It never quite seems to work & if there is an icky smell, it probably has a reason that needs to be cleaned or removed before adding something pleasant. I’m actually not really a fan of air fresheners based on studies that show what it does to our noses with prolonged use. Unfortunately though, my husband gets up to pee in the middle of the night, uses the guest bath so he doesn’t wake me up. Very sleepy aiming by a 6′ 4″ hubby is not conducive to a clean toilet…ugh. So, I either clean that bathroom everyday, or add some pretty smells & clean it every 3rd day lol. This Dawn After Rain diffuser is working nicely for that purpose.It comes packaged very nicely, box is pretty.My only issue was that my box has some weird damage. The outside was fine, it was crumpled up inside where the sticks were. I attached a picture so you could see. The listing said 5 rattan sticks, but I only received 3. The info on the listing doesn’t specify, but every diffuser I’ve ever purchased in the past has at least 6+ so you can swap them out. I didn’t want to penalize the product for something that isn’t the fault of the seller or manufacturer. The way it was opened makes me think someone got into it & took all but 3 of the sticks 🤷 weird.I have lots of extra sticks from past products lying around so I’ll use those.The label on my bottle was also placed pretty wrinkly. Not a big deal to me, but if I gifted this it might bother me more.I like using diffusers when I put out air fresheners because I think they are prettier than a plug in or stand alone gel product, just a personal preference. This one comes with adorable dried flowers so it’s even cuter. The shades included just happened to match the bathroom as well so that’s a plus; it would look nice even if it didn’t though. I don’t think the florals draw up extra oil, but they could a little bit. They just barely touch the product.As diffusers go, especially for the amount of product in the bottle, it’s a great price. I have often paid $20+ for similar, or smaller, diffuser sets.You can immediately smell the jasmine in this. It’s there, but not overwhelming. It reminds me of my parent’s house, their neighbors have jasmine growing on their fence & when it bloomed it would make the outdoors smells amazing. If it’s too potent though, it can definitely cause headaches. That’s not the case here. You get notes of other florals after the jasmine. If you are a floral fragrance can, you’ll love this. I expect it to last a long time based on how much product has disappeared so far.
