Beautiful Book, Excellent Paper Quality, Beautiful Phrases
What can I say about this coloring book? If youâre stressed, anxious, feel like youâre going crazy, are emotionally constipated, or just need to relax and focus on yourself, buy this book. The book has beautifully drawn pictures that you can color as you wishâI recommend colored pencilsâand each page also has a healing/therapeutic phrase. Iâm still on the first page and the phrase is: âJust BreatheâItâs alright if all you do today is inhale and exhale. Become aware of the present moment. Remember, you are safe, your are supported, and you are at peace.â This simple phrase got me through a very hard time and let me breathe, cry, and feel renewed. The paper quality is also of such high quality that you can frame any of the pictures you color as the pages are perforated.

Gorgeous coloring books
These are gorgeous coloring books. They have inspiring quotes on the opposite page. The weight of the paper is nice, not thin. The pages are perforated so you can pull out pages easily to color. I used alcohol markers and white colored pencil. There was marker bleed through, but it was out of book on clipboard.

Makes a great gift.
I bought this to add into a basket for one of my really good friends. Sheâs going through a hard time right now and is easily stressed as we all have our moments. She mentioned one time that she really loved to do these types of coloring books when she gets stressed out and it just relaxes her. So I purchased this for her along with some markers And she loves it! It has some really good pictures that you can add details along with some calming stress free phrases. Would highly recommend this as a gift or even might be buying one for myself!

GREAT Quality. . .BUT
This is a great book, really it is! The paper is thick and smooth, designs and descriptions are great! The reason I left a star off was because there is a crease/wrinkle through EVERY PAGE, including front and back covers. I’m pretty sure it’s from the plastic it was wrapped in, it was so tight it had the book bound up, forming the crease/wrinkle. Beyond that it’s great. I have yet to decide if I’m going to return it or not. I might be able to work the crease out. But to have to do that to every page sounds exhausting.

Live With Purpose is the best adult coloring book l ever bought. I had just been released from the hospital after having complications with pneumonia and asthma. There was a moment that I thought I was not going to make it but I had a second chance to live. I bought this book and it was so inspirational it comforted me. It is so beautiful.
