Lovely but cover on upside down/backward
This book is just as lovely in person as it is online. However, I was embarrassed when my friend opened the first page of this gift only to find it was the last page and upside down. The cover was put on wrong! So, if you’re buying this for someone else, check it out first!

There are about 20 questions on the first couple pages. No mid month, mid year or end of year progress or wrap up. Just a repeat of same page. Might as well be blank

Amazing journal
I love that this journal has you answer some different and difficult questions to ask yourself and its really helpped me to be a better me and I definitely recommend this to someone who is struggling with self care.. it hard cover the pages are decent thickness my pens dont bleed through just all around great self care journal

Absolutely loved this product but I wish it was longer/covered more than ~3 months of writing. Consistent and fun design from filling in the mood trackers to outlining specific sections for each day. I now use a similar format for my entirely handwritten journaling outside of this book. Love!
