A thoughtful self care journal
Self care is so important in this day and age. Itâs hard to find the time for ourselves. This journal gives us the opportunity to take a little time for us. Itâs well laid out for the most part, my only complaint would be that I would like more space for thoughts. Otherwise, itâs very well done

The concept of this book is good but the design needs a little more thoughtfulness. The layout of this journal was strange to me. The left page is a template that focuses on weekly but the right page is daily notes and focus.
