The cutest, best way to do some self-reflection and make time for myself
This book first of all is so cute! I love the yellow and inside the pages are adorable. The prompts they have really help me think about my life and choices in a different way. It also helps me go through negative thoughts and changing it to a positive thought. I love how it walks me through monitoring habits in my daily life related to health. This is such a fun way to decompress and leave my self care time feeling empowered, organized, and a little lighter 🙂
