    The prompts are really helpful
    I never journaled before but it was suggested as a way to help me thru some depression and grief. They also recommended something with prompts to make it easier to get started. This has been perfect. Lets me set goals for the day, reminds me of what is important in my life and makes me think thru the day. I use a different colored pen for each day to help keep it personal and interesting. Edit: I love this journal. It is helping me learn how to be positive, changing my mindset from expecting bad things to expecting good things. I’m still a work in progress but this is a huge help.

    This Journal has morning qoutes and it ask for your 13week goals top three goals and how will you achieve them what is the most powerful thing keeping you on track then daily it ask for goals affirmations I’m grateful for what can I improve upon highlight of the day then describe the ideal version of yourself and then notes its a really good journal and I highly recommend

    I agree that it’s repetitive but I love it
    This is a great starter journal! Really helps build the healthy habit of recognizing your emotions and your actions each day. I enjoy taking the time to be in the moment and to get off my phone. This journal helps you slow down and it gives great daily advice. It took a few days to become consistent with the daily journaling but now it’s my everyday routine and I look forward to writing in my journal. Sometimes I have a lot to say and sometimes I barely have anything. Very cute sleek design and color.
