    Good quality self-reflection/self-improvement journal
    Beautiful journal. I only wish it lay flatter for writing, but the spine is holding up well and the pages are fantastically thick with no bleed through using fineliner markers. Each (undated) month has a title page, journal exercise, 4 pages for weekly notes, self-reflection (different questions every month), and main goal tracker/progress pages (you pick your main goal in the first month’s exercise). Beautiful artwork, calming colors, love the images. Definitely geared towards woman as all the people images are female.

    This Book Changed my Life!
    I stumbled onto this book as I was looking for self-help material to keep me focused. i always set goals for myself but lose focus, that is, until I purchased this life changing book. Through the use of visual aides and journal styled entries I have been able to become a more goal oriented person that stays on course no matter how challenging the goal may get. I can’t recommend this book enough, as it has been a catalyst to a more organized and self-aware life for myself.

    Being somebody who has suffered from anxiety and depression there has been many methods I have attempted over the years to help process and deal with it. Some methods have worked for some period of time but the difference between those methods and this book is that this book encourages longevity in the sense of helping you mould a new and improved version of your self. It is a more long term solution in my opinion because of the level of interaction that occurs with this book. Itencourages you to ask yourself the right questions. It’s interactive in the way that it is set out monthly and each month is a different activity to the next all inspiring you to rebuild yourself and ask the right questions. I like how helps the reader to self reflect and also visualise. The exercises really helped me. There is something very healing and powerful about writing things down. I couldn’t recommend this book enough. If you stick at this book consistently get ready to watch your self transformation unfold before you.Thankyou so much for this book! I am eternally grateful 🙏🏻

    I like that it’s small enough that i can bring it with me wherever but it’s also not too small. The hard cover is perfect, it’s really worth the money.Personally, i wanted to do more than just a few pages every month so i’m just doing all the exercises and using the notes pages for journaling. So far it’s already really helped me reflect on my feelings and why i feel that way, and even how i can help myself when i’m feeling down.The illustrations are gorgeous and i’m just so happy to use it to better myself. Thank you!

    Das Tagebuch für Erwachsene wurde mir von einer Freundin als Erfolgsjournal sehr empfohlen und ich habe mich entschlossen es zu bestellen. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell, was ich natürlich super fand.Das Tagebuch gefällt mir ganz gut, es ist sehr nett auf Englisch geschrieben und ich finde die Bilder sehr schön.Die Techniken zur Manifestation von Träumen sind sehr interessant und ich finde es toll, dass schon das erste Kapitel damit beginnt “May all your dreams come true”. Dazu finde es wirklich toll, dass es bei dem Tagebuch die Selbstinitiative und Handeln in den Vordergrund stehen.Ich habe bereits einige Bücher zu Manifestation gelesen, aber bei den ging es primär um das Lesen und so ist die Motivation die Übungen zu machen zu niedrig. In dem Tagebuch “Find your own magic” wird der Leser durch die Challenges und “Übungen” zur Realisierung der Ziele und Träume mit den Techniken der Manifestation durch das Buch geführt, was alles viel leichter, angenehmer und interessanter macht.Die Weekly Notes und die Fragen, die zu beantworten sind, bringen mich zum Nachdenken und helfen mir viel über mich, meine Wünsche und Ängste zu erfahren und diese entsprechend zu verfolgen oder bewältigen.Ich bin wirklich gespannt wie es weiter geht und würde das Tagebuch gerne empfehlen für jeden, der mehr Achtsamkeit, selbst Reflektion, Erfolg und Glück im Leben sucht.Wirklich ein tolles Tagebuch! Danke sehr 🙂
