    I had bought this book WEEKS ago but i finally decided to start mg journey on self care. I love that this is published by a BLACK OWNED independent publisher. Read the “Intro” and y’all ONE line stood out to me the most. It’s absolutely beautiful too.”By nature, black woman are resilient and powerful. A fraught history of oppression has left us no choice. It’s worded so beautifully that I actually started crying. These words are powerful and that is exactly what I needed to hear. We ARE strong! We ARE powerful but sometimes in the midst of that strength, we lose ourselves amongst a VAST world that’s continuously moving forward with or without us. I need this book!     Amazing workbook!!!
    This workbook incorporates so many important pieces for managing self-care. I’ve recommended this to so many of my patients and other therapists and they’ve also found it help. As a therapist I know the importance of self-care. When I originally purchased this workbook I was skeptical because there were not many pictures online, but it has been a great resource and I’m glad I purchased it. I highly recommend this workbook. Also the bonus was when I noticed it had a lot of the coping skills techniques I’ve recommended in my sessions (e.g. body scan meditation, grounding, challenging negative thoughts, etc).

    I like this book!
    I really didn’t know what all to expect, but it was a worthy purchase. I am purchasing this for my friends who are also attempting to be more self aware and setting goals. This is good for any woman to document her journey in a positive way.

    Great for self awareness, reflection, and action!!
    I loved the simplicity of this workbook. Anyone is able to take the time to do one or more of these activities at least daily. It provides great tips for awareness and self reflection. As a therapist, I recognized that not only my clients, but I can use these activities to help improve my life and be more present in the moment! Thanks!

    A Must Have for Self Care
    I absolutely LOVE this self care workbook! I’ve been in therapy for over a year, as part of my accountability and healing journey I enjoy interactive workbooks, that prompt thoughts! This workbook definitely delivers! I love the cover and that it is targeted specifically for black women!🤎 The print is large and there is plenty of space for responding and reflecting! A suggestion would be if the book was spiral, making it easier to respond to some of the prompts and if there were more pages for food, exercise and sleep pattern entries. Overall, great purchase!!

    I AM BEYOND EXCITED. I seriously thought this was one of those small quick self-care books but these a LEGIT workbooks for 12 months of work and growth !! It explains in detail what self care is and the specifics of each book and task. Thank you thank you thank you for putting this product out for our black woman.
