Love these candles
I LOVE these candles. I LOVE the pleasant scent of each of them, though my favorite is Jasmine. I have dogs and am concerned about doggie odors I am immune to. I have a friend that is a smoker and uses candles like these to make her home smell cleaner.

These black candles are absolutely perfect for contemporary styled black and white decor homes or for Halloween. They arrived in a pretty box with good padding. The candles were filled to a good level, no skimpy half full glass cups here. As you can see in the first photo, they are black as ordered and it is the correct number in the set. All of the wicks are well centered and there’s no smoking or bad smells when they burn. The burn is very nice, steady and clean as shown in the video. The lighting affects how they appear and in person they appear black or if anything black with a brownish hue. I don’t know why the candle looks purple in the video. It definitely is not purple in person, but the video does show clean it burns anyway. Zoomed in it seems a little messy but these are in fact nice candles. Only one of the candles had a small wax drip on the inside edge when it was poured. Very happy with these candles!

Not really scented
I bought these just for candle lit baths (which are amazing) so the scented part was secondary. So I’m only knocking one star, but leaving this review for people expecting these to fill up a room with amazing aroma. They don’t.

I bought these for my daughterâs baby shower. Package them in a very pretty clear satchel with some chocolates. Also had them let them run the house. One of them literally exploded. Thankfully, it was on my granite countertop. I noticed the flame was out of control, I leaned over to blow it out, and the glass broke right in front of me. I thought it could possibly be a fluke. Just tonight, I have a couple more lit in my kitchen. I lifted one from the top, and the glass broke out from the bottom. Cutting my thumb and burning it. Iâm very familiar with candles/photos⦠Iâve never experienced something like this. Iâve had to reach out to our guest that I sent home with⦠Throw them away.
