The above item worked for two days. It made my arm joints hurt instead of relaxing the muscles around the joints the lotion caused the joints to hurt. It has a pleasant smell., kept me asleep when l did use it, but it no longer keeps me asleep.

I had heard about Magnesium lotion as an aid for restlessness and sleep issues, which I’ve been suffering from for a long time. Since I don’t really want to take medication, and it often doesn’t help anyway, I was intrigued with this topical solution, and thought I’d give it a try.Seven Minerals seemed to have a lot of positive reviews, so I opted to get that one – and I’m so glad I did!I am here to say I LOVE this lotion! It actually does help not only get me to sleep, but stay asleep longer. Even when I do wake up briefly for a bathroom trip, I fall right back to sleep after, which was always hit or miss before.The lavender fragrance is nice, the feel is light, and not greasy, and absorbs pretty quickly. My only complaint – and this is my own fault – is that in the week since I received it, I haven’t gotten myself to bed earlier, for one reason or another, so I haven’t been able to test how long I can actually stay asleep using this. But I have a feeling that this may be the thing that finally gets me those eight hours of sleep I have been craving for years! It’s also giving me interesting dreams, which is a fun bonus.If you are having sleep issues, and nothing else has really worked for you, I would urge you to try this Seven Minerals Magnesium Lotion. Disappointed
I used this product for two weeks now and donât see any of the benefits they are claiming. Disappointed and overpriced for what it is. Does have a pleasant scent and rubs in easily without a greasy feel however the bottle is hard to squeeze if you have the slightest touch of arthritis in your hands. Wouldnât recommend for the price.

I am loving Seven Minerals!
I ordered the Seven Minerals Magnesium Oil and also the lotion. I have been using both for a week now, and I can see a difference in several areas. I use the oil on the bottoms of my feet, the middle of my back and trapezius muscles after I shower at night. It’s not something that is going to make you pass out, but I am definitely getting better sleep! I also use it after my morning shower, the lotion on my chest, and the oil on my neck and underarms. I do feel like these areas are less painful, I will definitely update both the oil and the lotion after a couple of more weeks. It may sting in certain areas, I wouldn’t put it anywhere that has just been shaved:) The stinging will go away, and if I need to I put lotion over it after about 30 minutes of letting it absorb. It has never stung the bottoms of my feet, I put the oil on them at night and then socks. However, it’s not a messy thing to do at all! I cut back on my oral magnesium glycinate also. I take one instead of three, as I am getting magnesium chloride transdermally now. I truly feel that I am getting it into my system better this way. I will definitely be ordering the oil and lotion again and again!
