LOVE this coconut oil! Of course, coconut oil coagulates and/or melts depending on the temperature, thus I would not choose to travel with any oils. (I chose the travel side to be sure I liked it enough first).When in liquid form, this coconut oil is smooth, and not too greasy. In solid form, it is still light and soft, not too hard as some hardening oils may become when in solid state. I LOVE the lightness of it and shine it gives when applying it to my feet! The fragrance of the coconut is light and not too overpowering. Definitely a re-buy!

Such a versatile product!
This is the only coconut oil Iâll buy. I use it primarily as a replacement for traditional lotions, but works great to remove stubborn makeup (Avoid your eyes) and tame any stubborn flyaway hairs. I like that itâs all organic and smells great, without being overwhelming. Itâs also nice that my boyfriend and I can both use it, so Iâm not cluttering up our space with more his/her products. I bought this smaller packaging to throw into my travel bag so Iâm not struggling to figure out how to make it airplane approved, but since a little goes a long way I know I wonât need to purchase this again any time soon. Another great bonus – Itâs baby safe! I can use while nursing to prevent chafing or on babyâs sensitive skin.

Not great
I repurchased this product in error. It doesnât seem to absorb and just sits on top of the skin. So whether I use during the day or at bedtime it just doesnât seem to work well for me.

This product is amazing! But you only need a very small amount in your hair as a little goes a long way. I wash my hair, detangle, then massage in a small amount of the product and braid it for the night or an hour and perfect curls come out every time that last for days! And itâs great as a moisturizer on your body too. Often I do have to keep it in the fridge just to keep it solidified if itâs warm out during the summer especially.

Small bottle for the price. I thought Iâd give it ago because i saw a recommendation on it. Nothing you can not buy from the shop. It is a beautiful oil just not anything special

This product is pure, raw and unrefined coconut oil. It is the same coconut oil/butter as what is sold for cooking or beauty treatments, except that for this price (9 quids) you can get a whole 500-gram jar elsewhere. Such a shame that Shea Moisture sells a 100-ml bottle of coconut oil for such a price and sells it as a miracle jar when you can get the same quality of product in much bigger quantity for this price elsewhere. Another con is that this product, like any pure coconut oil, stinks. Itâs got a distinctive coconut smell that can smell quite annoying when mixed with other body smells. I bought this for my Childrenâs hair thinking it was odorless but i had to stop using it as the smell became really overpowering, even on a toddler.
