This lotion is totally clean! The texture isnât too thick or runny its just right and it absorbs quickly into my dry mature skin. My whole body feels soft and loved. Highly recommend especially if your 50 plus. Its better and healthier than leading dermatologist reviews for common ones like aquaphor and cerave. This has No fragrance either. Making it a total win win!

The cream doesnât deliver a wow effect. However, with regular use, the skin becomes a bit more hydrated and soft. I apply it before bed after a shower, and I donât like that the cream has a rather strong scent.

Gets the job done with very little leftover residue
I began using this lotion 4 weeks ago. I wanted to have a clear idea of pluses as well as negatives before I leave a review. I am 76 years old, with thin dry skin of the upper and lower extremities, but mainly the uppers. This lotion absorbs rather quickly without leaving a sticky feeling behind. I apply once in the morning and again at night, as well as immediately after showering. My skin is more hydrated, less itchy and flaky, and feels smooth to the touch, not like theâalligator skinâ that I used to have. I will buy this product again and recommend to anyone who comes near to the type of skin problems mentioned above.

Not worth $20
When I first bought this, it was $8-$9–about right. It’s a decent lotion. The fragrance is strong and masculine, but it moisturizes well. I put it on *only* at night because…who wants to walk around smelling like that? And why has the price doubled? It is definitely not worth what they are charging now. I wouldn’t pay more than $10 for this. There are better lotions for less.

I really hope Shea Moisture never stops making this lotion. I swear Iâve tried everything else thatâs under $30/bottle and nothing else works.I have super sensitive skin that gets horribly dry in the winter. Lotions like Eucerin and Gold Bond left me feeling weirdly greasy, but also dry and itchy, but this one absorbs deeply and leaves my skin feeling soothed. I put it on immediately after my shower before my skin is completely dry, then I apply it and Iâm good for the rest of the day! In the absolute driest months, I occasionally will reapply to my shins/calves, but thatâs rare.The smell is lovely too, itâs very light. My husband is sensitive to most smells and even he likes the scent!
