When our founder Steven and his wife Sara Jade became parents, they began searching for clean products to help their family live a more natural, sustainable life. AMAZING! I’m so moisturized ^w^
This tub is gonna last me and my husband a good while and we use lots of moisturizer, especially rn while it’s winter. It’s hard to scoop out while it’s cold, so take a hairdryer to it to help melt it so you can either use your finger nail to scrape some up or just pour the melted oil into your hand. It’s been like 6 hours since we showered and applied it and still feels great. Absorbs well and surprisingly not that greasy! Scent is natural and earthy; almost kind of like a hint of coffee. I personally like it. I do not like artificial fragrances & all the other junk in my products and the main reason why I stopped using palmer’s products. If it ends up being too earthy for your liking, just add some drops of whichever essential oil(s) you like. Will definitely buy again once we’re out, but who even knows when that’ll be bc we’ve barely even made a dent in it.

Most people dislike the fact that the product is solid. Itâs solid because itâs pure Cocoa Butter with no additives to make it creamy. My skin is SO much nicer since Iâve been using this morning and night. Iâve found that putting it in the sink while bathing liquifies it. I have a trick because that takes too long and the plastic becomes bowed and wonât stay in the bottom of the sink. Find a glass jar with a metal lid thatâs about 2â high and 2â across. See photo. The glass jar also stays on the bottom of the sink. I used to have to put a quart bottle full of water to hold the plastic jar down. Bathe the original jar until you see liquid around the sides, then pour off the liquid butter into the glass jar. You might need to do that twice with new hot water to get enough in your glass jar. Itâs best if the jar is wide enough to dip your fingers into. Glass heats in just a few minutes. It lasts really well so Iâve only had to do that once so far, even though I use it on my face twice daily and my hands frequently. I recommend this for anyone. I put the jar in the sink with pure hot water when I step out of the bath and by the time I have finished my after bath preparations itâs liquified. It also smells wonderful. Be careful not to get it on clothing. I bend over the sink while applying to avoid dripping on my top. If I do get some on clothing I use Shout, which gets it out every time and is sold here.

Clearly this might be on me, but I didn’t realize this stuff would be a solid rock! It might work wonders, I honestly can’t speak to that, but it’s not something you can quickly apply. I can’t even get a small amount out of the jar to heat up and attempt to apply. Perhaps if you scrape some off and heat it with a hairdryer or something… but clearly not a quick step moisturizing cream.
