Solgar is a good brand..
I have been using Solgar Vit E for several years, I always get this kind and avoid synthetic. There are many benefits, especially cardiovascular and skin. I alternate with tocotrienels which are pricey, and this is more cost effective. I also use organic Vit E on my skin.There is a minor fishy aftertaste but I don’t mind it as the benefits outweigh it. I have some food with it.I’ve always had great skin since supplementing and keto lifestyle and so far, good health.

Removing capsules from container. EASY
This is a great product. I read some are having trouble removing the capsules from the bottle. I keep mine in my bathroom cabinet. I just stick my finger in the bottle and barely move one and it drops right out in my hand. MINOR issue, EASY to deal with.ALL the different Vit E products I have taken, this is my favorite.Plus, taking this and a good 3,6,9 Fish Oil I SWEAR has kept my Blood Pressure inline. I have not taken any BP med’s in years now.THIS MAY NOT BE THE CASE FOR OTHER USERS.UPDATE: If your having trouble getting the capsules out of the bottle, just tap the bottle on the bottom of your wrist, and they will loosen up. I have not had “any” trouble getting any of them out of the bottle. Plus I like this product better than all others.UPDATE: I now store my bottle “upside down”. When opening the bottle, all the pills are at the top of the bottle. I just slightly stick my finger into the pills, they all fall to the bottom, and then I easily get just one out of the bottle. This works until the bottle is empty. I sometimes just tap my palm with the bottle which also will loosen them up. GREAT PRODUCT. NOTE: Some may be storing these in a cabinet that may be warmer than your room temperature which also will cause them to get sticky, just a little,but enough to let them stick together. I store mine by the sink now and rarely have any trouble.

The reason I have to buy these is because the company which I buy the vast amount of nutritional support find in too expensive for the UK market. Nature’s Sunshine Products offer the highest quality nutritional products in the WORLD!!! I challenge anyone to prove me wrong. So Solgar are second best buy. So why is N.S.P. so good? They research and thoroughly test for quality beforemanufacture and put on the market which covers some 60 countries and every product carries the Kosher Certificate whichguarantees 100% purity!! Should N.S.P. find a way of providing the same quality with vitamin E but cheaper, then I will have toleave Solgar!!

I have been taking Vitamin E for many years. This is the best I have taken so far.I believe it has given me smooth facial skin as people have said how young I look(many times over!), I am 73. Vitamin E has helped in so many other ways withmy health.

I found these very good. A few month ago I found out I have cirrhosis of the liver and my consultant said that large dose of vitamin E was good to detox the liver. I took it a couple of month before i had surgery last week and my liver had improved slightly so it’s worth it too me I feel so much better
