Solgar makes the best quality Vitamin E supplements and I have been taking them for years. I am 44 years old but look younger than my brother, who is 10 years YOUNGER than I am! Overheated in Mailbox
The product is great, Solgar is a good vitamin product company (5 stars). However, the delivery method is not great for vitamins (2 stars). The package was delivered by post office so left in our metal mailbox in the middle of hot Florida summer. It was there for almost 2 days before I realized that it was not delivered to my front door (like Amazon said). Please donât leave vitamins in mailboxes, deliver a different way.

Good for an up in age person
I use to take vitamin E all the time then stopped for years and now started taking it again. ALL pills are hard for me to swallow but I rated it because I believe it was easier than other pills to swallow. Don’t know about absorbency nor value for money except I believe it was organic and without products that aren’t good for the body so I chose it comparing it to others that weren’t organic so I chose it believing the product is really good. Can’t say I’ve noticed any real change in my skin but maybe a little bit but not real noticeable.
