This Book Helps Those That Want To…Do The Work!
I received this book as a gift from a friend. There’s no hidden reason as to why. The friend understood that my life can be stressful. Do I like to admit this, absolutely not. I looked at this book several times before picking it up from my desk to read it. Because honestly, I didn’t want to deal with the fact that I am stressed. I’m glad I finally cracked the book open. Stress Less or Die is an easy read. The book is written in a straightforward no nonsense way – which is exactly what I needed. I appreciated the breaks between the books “truths” and my being able to digest it all through journaling. The author doesn’t claim to have all the answers but does offer a solid guide to one starting their individual journey toward balancing stress. This book helps those that want to…do the work!
