    Good tool if you are willing to look deeply into yourself
    I think you have to be in the mind set to be willing to look deeply into yourself. That is my challenge. The prompts and the book design are nicely designed.

    I liked the prompts each day. They airways gave me something to work on and think about. It was easy to use, though the work itself was not always easy. But that’s ok – I learned a lot about myself.

    Good tool to have in the box
    I am using this journal along with the 21 day reset with the group Sober Sis and Dry January. It is a great tool for reflection and staying on track. I also try and get a Mindful meditation in most days. With SS exercises and Self-Love prompts I am feeling strong and motivated to give myself the self kindness I need in the journey.

    This is a 90 day journal dedicated to self care.
    Was initially hard to to get started and a little pricey for a 90 day journal – I found it very by helpful though – this one was “self care” snd is helping me set priorities that include me! I love that that it is oversized compared to most journals and spiral bound, also the paper is high quality and a joy to write on. It also helpful to go back through and add updates when you finish the first one – I’m looking forward to working through more Stitch journals. initially hard to to get started and a little pricey for a 90 day journal – I found it very by helpful though – this one was “self care” snd is helping me set priorities that include me!
