Works alright, cord is on the opposite side of the controls. Mine was branded Costway
Works alright, cord is on the opposite side of the controls. i had hoped that the cord would be on the side of the controls as it would not have needed an extension cord. Luckily I had an appliance extension cord that was the perfect length. Mine came in a box branded Costway, which sounds a lot better than Tangkula. Tangkula makes we think of a bad reaction to an astronaut drink.

Not Warm Enough
Does not warm towels enough. Towels are still air temperature even being left on for an hour. Bars are warm, but towels aren’t.

Awesome new addition to any bathroom warm and dry towel
I just love this addition to our bathroom. The chrome finish looks sleek and luxurious. Easy to install but does need screwdriver to mount on the wall. Now our towels are beautifully warm as we get off the shower such a nice warm feeling. Our kids love it as much as we do. Also can use to dry up towels faster.
