So I ended up using this item for the first time today, even though I purchased this item with gift cards from Christmas. Iâve wanted something like this for a very long time so when I finally opened up the container after I put it on the 10 minute timer, and the only thing that was wet was the lid. The Towels were not wet at all. When I bought this, Iâm expecting wet towels, not towels that I take out and they arenât even hot for more than five seconds. It was the weirdest thing. It was literally like taking something out of the oven that youâve been baking for 10 minutes and itâs just Completely cold after just seconds of it being out of the oven. Now is this user error, itâs a pretty straightforward process so I would lean on no but Iâll just have to find a better alternative.
