I think this is not 100% bees wax, a blend at best, but it’s not bad either.
Well, the good is that burn for about 7 hours. The bad is that they are clearly a blend. When they are done at the bottom of the glass jars I burn them in there is a yellow substance with a white substance underneath. The 100% beeswax candles I have burned do not have this. This substance is also not the consistency of bees wax. I have read that to be labeled as 100% natural or pure beeswax there needs to be 51% content of bees wax. I think this product may have this, I really can’t tell. The other tell tale sign of the impurity is the smell inside of the glass container I burned then one righter after the burning is finished-it smells like the cheap regular paraffin candles do. I don’t care that they are made in China. These are a compromise. You can get the real thing and pay twice (or more) as much, or pay less than half as much for paraffin. Finally, when burning I can’t detect a strong odor. I hope this helpful, there is value here but I think this is, at best 51%, of what is promised.

Nice, beeswax candles.
These are nice creamy white beeswax candles. They color is a warm off-white. The quality seems very good. They burn clean and long. I would reorder.

Terrible on a few important levels!
Though these candles seem lovely from their description and beeswax base, they are terrible in practicality.They are very sticky in my glass votive holder once the wax starts to melt, so it’s impossible to get the large residue left once the center burns down. Even if you dig out the residue, you are left with a mess to clean. The residue left in my votive holder is at least a third of the wax, so even using a sharp kitchen knife, getting the residue out of the holder is so time-consuming, I feel like throwing the whole holder away!The wicks burn too hot, with a large flame, but then they sink into the molten wax when blown out, so they can’t be lit after the wax cools and hardens, because the wick ends up embedded in cold wax.The residue left in my votive holder is at least a third of the wax, so even using a sharp kitchen knife, getting the residue out of the holder is so time-consuming, that I feel like throwing the whole holder away!Overall, a terrible product and a huge disappointment, after a good deal of time spent searching for a natural candle.

Wonderful, Natural Sweet Scent
I love beeswax candles, especially ones marked organic. The beeswax candles are smokeless and more importantly clean the air with negative ions. They also donât contain any of the potentially harmful residual chemicals, etc like other candles. Beeswax also tend to have longer burning times.

So I got these to keep some votive candles at the house – first thing I’ll say is after receiving them I am definitely not the target demographic for this product.I use votives in a few random candle holder things we have when we have company over, and the quality of the candle is not super important to me – it’s more for the ambiance and they’re on a tray. Being smokeless is nice, but not a huge concern for me personally.These things are really well made, and beautifully packaged. They would make a great gift, and are quite a bit more “premium” than what I was expecting.
