Perfect Gratitude Journal!
The transition from Fall to winter can be rough. This journal provides a reminder to be thankful daily. It has increased the time I spend in the morning getting into a better mental state and helped me expand my gratitude practice. There are prompts for the beginning and end of the day, it also tracks sleep and mood. I habit Iâd like to continue, this journal is just the thing to do it!

Good journal size, cover feels nice. Good for most, but not the journal geek.
This is a solid gratitude journal. Almost all the pages are the same, same set of questions for morning and evening reflection, but with a different quote. At the end is a set of mostly blank note pages. Typical in journals like this there is also a pouch on the back cover. However, not as typical, this pouch has its sides as a type of fabric. I suspect it will be a bit more sturdy than similar journals I have used, but time will tell.The downsides: The paper may be passable, but you can see the printing on the page underneath the one you are looking at. The paper is light manila and not silky smooth. If you are a journal geek, this is not the journal for you. BUT if you just want something to help you, this is a pretty decent journal. You may grow beyond it, but a decent start. The problem I have with it, is that for about the same asking price you can get a comparable journal with a much higher-quality paper but without the pre-printed template on each page. Perhaps that extra bit of structure is worth it for you.Using it, I see value in what it has to offer. It helps to focus my thoughts and think about my successes. Still not perfect, but still really good!

This is an absolutely beautiful gratitude journal! Journals on Amazon are very hit or miss, but not this one. This is the gem in the pile.Quality is 10 out of 5 stars. Honestly. First off, it looks beautiful before you even open it. The smooth vegan-friendly faux leather cover looks gorgeous. The ribbon bookmark and elastic to keep the journal closed always make a journal feel high-quality, too. The color options are lovely; we chose the deep forest green.Inside, the journal is SO thoughtfully designed. Each page represents a day and starts with a positive quote. All the quotes I’ve seen so far are incredible, including some of my all-time favorites.Each page features:- Date: __/__/__- Sleep hrs: ______- Mood: (color in 5 squares)- A unique quote- Daytime sun- I am grateful for… (space for a few sentences)- What would make today great? (space for a few sentences)- Daily affirmations… (space for a few sentences)- Night-time moon- Good things that happened today…- What did I learn today?- I am looking forward to tomorrow…I’m seriously so pleased to have found this journal and have already recommended it to my friends group. These are exactly the reflections on my day that help me stay grateful for all I have and the wonderful people in my life. They remind me that every day is an opportunity to learn and grow, and help keep the good events top of mind. The human mind tends to focus on the negative, which is probably a survival tactic, but to the extreme that we do it now, it’s detrimental to our health. This journal keeps me focused on the positives so they don’t get forgotten. I’m loving it. Highly recommend.

Makes thinking in terms of gratitude easier
I’ve been doing gratitude journaling for a few years now, on and off. If you are just starting off, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND getting this journal or something similar.Yes it’s just a journal — and you could probably accomplish the same in using a blank journal. But it helps frame your way of thinking. And if you are thinking of starting a gratitude journal, you might not have the daily mindset or discipline to put yourself in a place of gratitude when you sit down.This journal is a great way to take the complications out and just enable yourself to start journaling and to make continue journaling easier. You don’t have to fill out every space every day — it’s helpful when you can.Similar to a diet and exercise plans — there are tons of options out there, but the best plan is the one that you actually do and can maintain consistently.
