I have the audiobook of this series. I wanted the actual book, workbook, and journal. I started it but have since gotten caught up in life. The journal is well made and sturdy with prompts that make you think about them before answering them.

A journal that makes journaling easier
A GREAT (and charming) book by Elyse Resch. If you don’t do journals, that’s OK. This is way do-able. This one provides wonderful, non-pressuring prompts. It can help just about anyone to get in touch with their intuition, inner wisdom, and ability to nurture self in a positive, natural way, a non-stressful way. Highly recommend this!

Great guided journal but arrived damaged
Excited to use the journal but disappointed at the crushed pages of the book and some stains. Won’t prevent me from using, but disappointing for a “new” book purchase.

Missing the last chapter of book.
I bought and returned twice because both books ended at page 178 so missing part of chapter 10 and the last part that would start on page 184.
