    Pages glued together
    Several pages were glued at the bottom and I returned the book for another. Unfortunately the second one had the same problem but not as bad. The book was usable and I had to keep it for an anonymous charity donation to a 16 year old boy who had requested a meditation journal. There was no time to return it for another book. I think the content of the book was good to develop self esteem, maybe change behavior and face the challenges teenagers face. I would recommend this journal.

    I wanted my grandchildren to understand how important it is to stop and find the calm within themselves. It gives instructions easy for them to follow and to make them think about being mindful. They are young teens and homeschooled. Great mindfulness journal.

    Great Pick!
    So far so good! I bought this for my pre-teen, 11.5 years old, and of course he “hates” it because it’s not a video game, computer screen or something that involves YouTube. The book is colorful but not too colorful. The language is great for his age and so are the journaling questions. I’m looking forward to how this will go. It’s even given me better insight on things I can improve on. Would recommend!! 👍🏾

    After buying this for my 12 year old son, I have since purchased it as a gift for many of his friends (both male and female) its got great prompts to help to start releasing daily stress and emotions at an age appropriate level, with good quality paper pages to write on and inspiring designs with some quotes throughout. Would recommend for any child of a secondary school age, to help build mindfulness skills to support their social and emotional development.
