âââ ââ (3 out of 5 stars)I recently tried a hotel diffuser oil that many people have been raving about, and I wanted to share my honest experience to help others make an informed decision.First off, I have to say that the scent of the oil is genuinely lovely. It has a delicate and pleasing aroma that lingered nicely in the air. For someone like me who loves a strong fragrance that really grabs your attention as soon as you enter a space, this diffuser oil certainly checks that box. It’s not overpowering, yet it has a subtle strength that creates a welcoming atmosphere.However, my biggest issue with this oil is its consistency and longevity. The oil is quite light and dissolves quickly in the diffuser, which left me wondering if this might be a marketing tactic designed to make the product seem more premium than it is. Unfortunately, the result was that it didnât last very long. I ran my diffuser for about 3 to 6 hours a day, and the bottle was gone in just a few days. Given the price point, I expected a much longer-lasting experience.For someone who enjoys a strong and persistent scent in their home, this product just didnât cut it for me. The fact that it lasted less than a week while costing a fair amount makes it hard to justify a repurchase. Despite the beautiful aroma capturing my attention initially, the short lifespan of the oil significantly impacted my satisfaction with the product.So, will I buy this brand again? Unfortunately, the answer is no. I find myself on the hunt for a new aroma addition that can provide a more enduring scent experience without compromising on fragrance strength.I hope this review helps you in determining whether this hotel diffuser oil is the right fit for you. “The One” has barely any scent!
I was really looking forward to receiving this purchase based on some glowing reviews, only to be disappointed. Immediately upon receipt I opened the tiny plastic bottle to smell the aroma. I held the bottle right up to my nose, and could not detect any odor, no scent. Only when I put some in my cold air diffuser was I able to pick up a very, very faint scent. I read 2 comments posted that the scent is subtle, but even that is being generous in my opinion, and I am known for having a keen sense of smell. To top off my disappointment, I accidentally dropped that tiny bottle and 75% of the oil spilled onto the wood floor under my desk, and even then, while I was wiping the oil off the floor, I really could not smell it. The very faint whiff that I got was not even the type of scent I had expected. What a waste of $20. I will not purchase “The One” again.
