I’ve been practicing gratitude journaling for quite some time, and this journal stands out for its high quality and unique features. Good quality prompted journal
This journal is just as shown in the pictures. Itâs good quality and the pages are thick. You have to break the spine to get it to lay flat or else writing can be difficult. The prompts are insightful but I donât really like the check list for feelings- seems like wasted space. If you like the layout you see then this journal is for you!

I love this
I got this to add to my journal routine and it is such a great little self care. It allows you to track how you are feeling each day which is good because it is a humble reminder that as humans we don’t always have rainbow and butterfly days, it also shows that mostly we have more good than bad days. It gives you an opportunity to track emotions so if there is something that is coming up as a pattern you can really observe this for yourself. It is this alone that motivated me to continue to use this journal. It is easy to fill in and it’s nice to end the day because it allows you to see what you accomplished even if you felt you did nothing there will always be something you can put there. It is a great gift for someone on the journey and I feel like it is a great value for the price. Overall I would highly recommend and will be getting this again in the future.

Great daily practice
This journal makes journalling guided, practical, and beneficial. The prompts are excellent. I’ve been keeping a separate gratitude journal and thoughts journal, and I love that this combines them and adds some other nice features (like the “how I’m feeling” check list) as well. I also love that this is worded so that it can be completed in the morning or evening.

It’s undated, so you can start any time
The first few pages have what the journal is for, and a couple encouraging sayings. Plus two example pages. The rest is, surprisingly, only the pages of the journal. Three lines for three specific moments, people or things you’re grateful for. A couple lines for the daily affirmation you’ll write down. What made today great? A short section for what else is on your mind. On the bottom, a pair of lists where you can check how you felt during the day: Feelings and Self Care. If you want to keep a record of your days so you can look back and see how far you’ve come from where you started, this is a terrific journal to do that in.

Love this journal! I am really enjoying the easy to follow layout with example pages which make it really simple to journal daily. The prompts are simple and helpful and the stickers are a nice added feature. There is a nice page to tell you some benefits to keeping a self care journal and how to make it work for you. The gratitude, daily affirmation and what made or could make today great sections are awesome along with the what is on your mind section. It is nice to have the built in guide to help you complete the journal and its worth it to take a few minutes of your day. Highly recommend!!!
