    Great book at a great price. It’s simple and to the point. Not many useless (for me) bells & whistles like other more expensive books have that people like me will never use. I could do without the extra pages in the front, but I understand & can agree with why they are there as it is a practical and useful option. That aside, this book is awesome – highly recommend!

    Perfect for tracking workouts. You can track supplement intake, weight, bf %, macros…..quite a bit in a small form-factor. There is a notes section in the back, as well as a section for PRs. Small enough to put in a laptop bag so having it with you is easy. No more excuses!
