Lovely
I have bouts of insomnia, not the trouble-falling-asleep kind but the spring-awake in the wee small hours of the morning kind. I spray this on my pillow when I awake in the middle of the night, it is quite soothing. It’s a soft lavender scent–not that artificial, shaving cream smell which some lavender scented products can have. Highly recommended.

Smell is very different than last bottle.
Normally this is 5 stars, I bought the same stuff from same link about a year ago and that one had a pleasant smell. I just repurchased this week and this new bottle smells horrible nothing likeThe previous one I would like to return it but it says not eligible.

I struggle with depression, anxiety and getting to sleep at night has been super hard. I’ve taken melatonin which has sort of helped but at times where I’m feeling anxious or I’m finding it hard to sleep I spray this a few times on my pillow. The scent is extremely lovely, it reminds me of the smell some massage places use in combination with relaxing music. When I close my eyes and focus on the scent then I sleep in no time. Give it a go, I highly recommend it.

This spray is excellent. Since starting to use it I get to sleep much easier and feel a lot better for it.It is recommended to just spray two pumps max three on your pillow. Too much spray has the opposite affect as you can feel like you are being smothered in lavender etc. Definitely recommend.Dieser Spray is einfach super. Seitdem ich ihn nutze schlafe ich viel leichter ein und fühle mich dafür viel besser. Es wird empfohlen zweimal max dreimal auf dem Kissen zu sprühen. Zuviel Spray hat ein gegenteiliger affekt da man das gefühl bekommt in Lavendel zu ersticken. Ist sehr zu empfehlen.
