I purchased this product two weeks short of a year ago. And it worked like a charm until it suddenly stopped working last Thursday. In reading the questions and answers above, someone was kind enough to share the type of fuse that is needed. I was able to fix my towel warmer in about 30 seconds and about a dollar spent. Hereâs how to do it.On the bottom of the unit next to the wire, there is a round reservoir that needs a flat head to unscrew it (this is spring loaded).Unscrew the reservoir removing it from the bottom of the unit, remove the burnt out fuse and replace it with a new 150v 2A fuse.Here is the link to order the correct fuse from Amazon SIXQJZML 10 Pack F2AL Fast-Blow… https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K4DLMJ9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shareif You are in a real hurry, try Home Depot.

We have had this thing turned on since the moment we got it, and it never faulters. Stays consistently warm enough but never burns us, and it doesn’t get weird or gross after months of use! Just as good as new!

Stopped Working Mid-Shift/Terrible
This was an absolute complete waste of money. Like all of the other reviews say, itâs small and barely holds the amount of towels you would need for a full day of facials or massage. This holds up to 8 spa size towels (not the little square hand towels which would fit more).Thatâs not even my complaint though… I purchased this back in June/July and have only used it a handful of times. It stopped working this weekend in the middle of my work day… just shut off and stopped producing heat. Iâm outside of the return window and canât find a way to contact the seller. This is the worst quality towel warmer Iâve seen in my 12 years of working in spa. Just terrible.
