A must for any bathroom
A must for any bathroom ! Dries the towels very quickly, has a built-in 2/4hr timer, just perfect ! Looks very stylish too ! Dried towels can be used quite a few times, remain fresh & nice. Damp towels require very frequent washes. $$$avings!

Doesnât get hot
This rack simply doesnât get hot enough. I left a towel on the warmer for six hours to see how hot it could get (after a first disappointing run), and the towel was barely warmer than the ambient temperature. It is definitely much colder than any towel rack Iâve used so far.It was easy enough to install, but definitely lacks in machining quality. Unfortunately Iâll be returning and and patching the wall..

Shoddy workmanship, effective product
As others have stated, the workmanship of this item is so-so. My husband was able to make it work, but if he had not been present I likely would have returned it and bought another one. That being said, it does warm my towels and will be especially nice once temperatures drop again.

The warmth doesn’t work, the paint is very poor quality, the worst of all is that I had it installed and I had to pay for it and if I want to uninstall it to return it I have to pay again, I don’t even know what to do.

Works fine but not as well as I had expected
The install was okay, not too bad. However, for things to dry on this rack, it has to be positioned well. If the item extends below the lower rung, those portions of the item won’t dry – this may be obvious in hindsight but if you got this to dry normal sized bath towels, know that those won’t fit on this to dry in the timed duration.

This is a great solution to those who shower daily or multiple times a day! In our climate, it can be hard to dry towels by next shower and leaving them humid for long causes unwanted smells and ick.This will solve all these problems and prolong the life of the towels, because they won’t need to be thrown in the washer so often. It takes a while to set up correctly. Make sure water won’t run on it accidentally (don’t place it too close to the shower). Make sure you have a plug in range, bathroom is the last place one wants to have extension cords waiting to be splashed!It takes quite a bit of space too, so measure ahead. I used my own anchors for the wall, because I didn’t trust the provided ones wouldn’t just fall off in time. We have plaster walls and I’ve had some unfortunate surprises over time. Once setup is done (takes about half an hour to assemble and measure things properly) , it’s super easy to use. Turn on and enjoy warm towels! Timer is 2 or 4hrs, for us it’s enough for 2-3 towels. More would need several 4h cycles to dry.Materials are of good quality, hardware not so much.

I bought 2 of these and both were poorly constructed. Both items had loose anchor points in the frame so the attachment bolts for the feet could not screw into the frame. One of the towel holders had no 90 degree angles in the construction.

Comme dit pas plusieurs acheteurs sur les 4 river pour attacher le chauffe serviette, deux tournes dans le vide! Besoin dâacheter de la colle pour métal et coller au lieu de visser. Le vendeur devrait réparer son lot sur ce problème. Dommage que je nâaie pas vue les commentaires avant lâavoir acheté.

Got this towel warmer for my main bathroom and it works pretty well for what it is. The installation was straightforward and I like that it just plugs into the wall without needing any special wiring. The timer feature is handy – I usually set it for 2 hours before my morning shower. While it doesn’t get super hot, it does make the towels nice and cozy, which is especially nice during cold mornings. The only downsides are that it takes a little while to heat up and the finish shows fingerprints pretty easily. Overall, it’s a nice little luxury to have in the bathroom.
