Very straight forward operation and installation. Had it installed in under 15 minutes. Have used it daily for the past week. Also looks very nice with the brushed satin finish.

Warranty replacement
This towel warmer started off working great, but after a week and used only 4 times, it completely stopped working. Since our bathroom was being remodeled, by the time we purchased and then installed it, the return window was slammed shut. I contacted the seller, but got no response. We live in a humid environment and a towel warmer is a big help getting towels dry and not moldy smelling. Very disappointed. Weâve had 3 other towel warmers and all worked great for years.UPDATE: Warm Partner, the 3rd party company who sold this Towel Warmer, is honoring the 3 year warranty and sending a replacement. Hallelujah!!!! So Iâm increasing stars from 1 to 4 in anticipation of a functioning replacement. Will write again IF the new towel warmer doesnât perform, but if you donât see any other UPDATE, then assume itâs as great as the previous ones weâve used. Kudos to Warm Partner!!!

Very nice towel warmer
Arrived in very good condition. Packaging was good and there were no visible surface issues. All hardware was included but I substituted the sheet rock hangars supplied with screw in type. Easy to install and instructions were complete. Prior to mounting I plugged in warmer just to make sure it worked. Warms towels nicely. The wife likes it so that is a big plus for me. Hopefully it keeps on working.

Would not recommend this towel rack. Too long to heat towels. Towels were NOT warm after the unit was on for 30 mins.

these towel heaters are slow heating up and the wire/plug is an eye sore, if I had know that before I would not have made the purchase.

The manufactuing quality and looks are great. The towel bar does indeed get warm. I left it on overnight with a towel on it, the towel is kinda warm but not cozy like I was expecting and had several cold areas.
