Worked for 8 months, now it doesnât heat up.
I purchased this product in May and used it weekly. I unplug the steamer at the end of the day. Starting my work day today February 5th and the unit is no longer heating. I cleaned it once a couple weeks ago and I had no issues. Now itâs just a timer because the unit doesnât even get warm. I think the reason itâs no longer heating is the âheating coilâ or âheating mechanismâ is literally burned out. There is a hole at the bottom of my unit. What a safety hazard!!! Electrical fires anyone?!

Runs out of time and water too fast
The size of this warmer is very small, it only stays on for 60 minutes and burns up the water very fast. Itâs not the easiest to use as it has multiple pieces that come apart so refilling it is annoying and takes a while to heat the towels

This is great for doing home facials. I also like to use it in the winter for a hot towel before dinner (like at sushi restaurants). Heats up quickly, easy to use, seems high quality so far.

Overall Pretty Good!
Overall, a pretty decent towel steamer. I know the listing says not for bath towels, but you can (just barely) squeeze a full size bath towel into the 8 liter tub. The digital control is nice because you can set a timer for how long you want the steamer to run. Very intuitive. From room temperature water, towels are steamed and evenly heated after about 10 minutes.My one complaint is that the piece called the “drop collector” which sits between the base and the towel box has the two little “scoops” protruding out of each side to pour in water, but these also look like carry handles. the problem is, if you pick those up, you’re only lifting the top half and stuff goes flying. If those little protrusions were molded into the base instead (and functioned as handles) this would be a 5 star item.
